Unfortunately, the lid doesn't sit properly with my 10" pan.

The kids are VERY HARD to clean!!! The water & whatever your cooking stays in the rim of the lid😡😡😕

I received the wrong pan and am trying to return it. I have the authorization but they didn’t send the return label. Have emailed you peopel and still no answer. There also is NO phone number…the 800 one is not to you. I really want the correct pan!

I ordered one 10 inch lid and one 12 inch lid. The 10 inch lid fits fine but the 12 inch is much too small for my 12 inch pan.

I have notified customer service again about a 14” lid that has been out of stock since I bought my 14” fry pan (at least 2 yrs ago now). I get the same answer every time…. It will be available in 2-3 weeks they say. Funny….I signed up for the “notify when available” and I have yet to receive any notifications!!! Granitstone….you are a FRAUD!!!! Your customer service sucks!!! You lie to your customers just to pacify us!!! Well no more!!!!! I am no longer using your pans! I have purchased a better set from another company!!! I wouldn’t even feed my dog in your pans!!!!
