Granitestone's Blue Stainless Steel Tri-Ply non-stick sauté pans are triple-layer construction with an aluminum core that transfers heat evenly. This set includes a 10" sauté pan and an 11.5" sauté pan. The non-stick coating is PFOA, PFAS, and PFOS free, and the pans are safe for use on gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, and induction cooktops. Nylon, silicone, and wooden utensils are safe for use, but metal utensils are not recommended. Handwashing is also recommended. The pans are oven safe up to 400°F.
